Deposit and Payment Policy

At Tangible Wishes Travel, we strive to make travel arrangements affordable and convenient for our customers. To facilitate this, we offer a range of payment options, including deposits and monthly payments. Please take the time to read our deposit and payment policy carefully, as it outlines the terms and conditions that apply to all bookings made with us.

Deposits

In order to secure your travel arrangements, we require a 10% - 25% deposit at the time of booking. The exact deposit amount will vary depending on the product or service you have booked, and will be communicated to you at the time of booking. Please note that your booking is not confirmed until we have received your deposit.

The following conditions apply to deposits

  • Deposits are non-refundable, except in cases where we are unable to confirm your booking or where we need to cancel your travel arrangements.

  • Failure to pay the deposit within the specified timeframe may result in the cancellation of your booking.

Monthly Payments

For your convenience, we offer the option to make monthly payments towards the balance of your travel arrangements. The monthly payment amount will be determined at the time of booking, based on the total cost of your travel arrangements and the timeframe between the booking date and the departure date.

The following conditions apply to monthly payments:

  • Monthly payments must be made on or before the due date specified at the time of booking.

  • Failure to make a monthly payment by the due date may result in the cancellation of your booking.

  • If you miss a monthly payment, we reserve the right to charge a late payment fee, which will be communicated to you at the time of booking.

Please note that if you cancel your travel arrangements, you may still be liable for any outstanding monthly payments, as well as any cancellation fees that may apply.


Changes to Payments

If you wish to change your payment method, or if you need to change the amount or frequency of your monthly payments, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can assist you. We may need to reconfirm your booking or adjust the payment schedule accordingly.

Dispute Resolution

We value our customers and strive to provide exceptional service at all times. In the event that you are dissatisfied with any aspect of our service, please contact us immediately so that we can address your concerns. If we are unable to resolve the issue to your satisfaction, we may need to engage in dispute resolution processes, such as mediation or arbitration.

Governing Law

This deposit and payment policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States of America. Any disputes arising under or in connection with this policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United States of America.

We reserve the right to update or modify this deposit and payment policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. By continuing to use our services after any such changes are posted, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by the updated policy.


Refund Policy

At Tangible Wishes Travel, our goal is to provide you with exceptional travel experiences. We understand that sometimes things may not go as planned, and we strive to make the process of requesting refunds and returns as simple and hassle-free as possible. Please take the time to read our refund and return policy carefully, as it outlines the terms and conditions that apply to all transactions made with us.


Refunds


If for any reason you are not satisfied with your travel experience, we offer a prorated refund for unused portions of your travel arrangements. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment, or in the form of travel vouchers that can be used for future travel with us. Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days from the date of receipt of the refund request. 

Please note that refunds are subject to the following conditions:

  • If you cancel your travel arrangements, our cancellation policy will apply. In some cases, cancellation fees may be applied.

  • Refunds on lodging and airfare are also subject to the cancellation and refund policies of the airline, hotel, Air BNB, resort, or other lodging accommodation.

  • Refunds for partially used travel arrangements will be prorated based on the unused portion of the arrangements.

  • Refunds will not be provided for no-shows, or for any unused portion of your travel arrangements due to your own fault or negligence.


Returns


In the event that you need to return any travel-related products or services purchased from us, such as travel insurance or merchandise, we will be happy to assist you. Returns are subject to the following conditions:

  • Returns must be made within 10 days from the date of purchase.

  • Returns must be accompanied by the original receipt.

  • Products or services must be unused and in their original condition.


Force Majeure


In the event of a natural disaster, global pandemic, or weather emergency that affects your travel plans, we will work with you to provide the best possible solution. If your travel arrangements are disrupted due to circumstances beyond our control, we will provide you with a range of options, including:

  • Rebooking your travel arrangements for a later date, subject to availability and any additional costs that may apply.

  • Offering a travel voucher for the value of your original booking, which can be used for future travel with us.

  • Providing a refund for unused portions of your travel arrangements, subject to our cancellation policy and any applicable fees.

We cannot be held responsible for any additional expenses that you may incur as a result of a force majeure event, such as the cost of alternative accommodation, transportation, or meals. We strongly recommend that you purchase travel insurance to protect yourself against such expenses.

The following conditions apply to cancellations made by customers:
